Please don’t send us a link to your myspace page or email us MP3s. That would actually count against you. Spend the money on a stamp, then we’ll be more inclined to spend the time, energy, and money it takes to create a successful release.

We look for, in this order:
1) original songs, or a willingness to record original songs by another songwriter;
2) an original take on the blues idiom;
3) exciting performance dynamics;
4) some promotional savvy;

If you have video of your live performance, we’d like to see it — either include it on a DVD or point us to the online URL to view it.
